Hosted AI burns credits from your monthly pool. Every workflow run also uses 20 credits for platform execution.

AI credits
Every plan includes monthly AI credits. Each workflow run deducts one credit total covering execution and AI usage. Credits reset monthly - on annual plans too.

Credit Reserve
On Studio and Office, 25% of unused monthly credits roll into Reserve for up to 2 months while you stay subscribed. Reserve clears on cancellation.
FAQ
Cancellation and billing
Clear policy before you subscribe - and the same answers live in Settings → Subscription.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - monthly or annual. You keep full access until that date, and you can reactivate before then if you change your mind.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
No. Versur does not prorate or refund the current period when you cancel. You keep using the plan you already paid for until the period ends, then billing stops.
What happens to my credits and Reserve?
Included monthly credits and any Credit Reserve clear when your access ends. Resubscribing later starts a fresh allowance - previous Reserve is not restored.
What happens to my workflows and data?
Your workflows, workspace data, and files remain in your account. After the period ends you lose paid-plan limits and features until you subscribe again.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
On eligible monthly Studio and Office plans, the cancel flow may offer a pause (up to 3 months) or a temporary discount. Availability depends on your plan and recent save offers.
How do annual plans renew?
Annual plans are billed once per year and still refresh AI credits monthly. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the annual period you already paid for.
Do you offer an academic discount?
Yes for verified students and educators on monthly Explore or Studio. Apply at versur.ai/academic and upload enrollment or affiliation proof (student ID, enrollment letter, or faculty ID). After approval you get a one-use code for 40% off for 12 months (full AI credits included). Renew each year with new proof. Annual plans are not eligible for the academic code.
