We may offer paid products and services. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Stripe, whose use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Stripe adheres to PCI-DSS standards to ensure secure handling of payment information.

8. Google Workspace APIs

Any user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. We use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs solely for the purpose of providing and improving the specific functionality of our Service for which the API access was granted.

Versur's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may also retain data as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, or country. If you are located outside the United States, please note that we process data in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
